Counseling

Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic High School provides College and Career Counseling for our students. Students and their parents meet with the counselor to discuss class selection preferences, college aspirations, and career goals.

 

Students and families are expected to participate in Naviance, college fairs, evening informational sessions, and college/career speakers. Naviance is an online program utilized to chart progress through coursework, explore career and college choices, and submit materials needed for the college application process.

 

Standardized test preparation and administration is organized by our College and Career counselor. Students gain valuable experience with standardized tests by taking the Preliminary Scholastic Achievement Test (PSAT) twice, and a special version of PSAT test as freshmen. SAT and ACT preparation and study groups are a part of the educational program available at Saint Jeanne de Lestonnac Catholic High School.
